How did you get your start in the industry?

Although I’ve always been passionate Nicolas Real Estate about angel nicolas, my professional career began in baseball. In 2005, the San Francisco Giants drafted me. I have “drafted” my team and grown them over the years the way a coach would. This has included investing in training, development, and company culture. Two different coaches are available to the team for weekly training sessions that help improve and maintain our sales skills.

What is happening on the market right now?

South Florida is experiencing a surge in demand and a shortage of inventory. It is insane. Bidding wars are increasing and listings are getting multiple offers above the asking price. Within a few days of being on the market, homes are being snapped up quickly and placed under contract. We are now handling a lot more off-market listings than ever.

What are off-market listings and what do they mean?

Off-market sales are not available on the MLS and cannot be listed anywhere else. Many people prefer to sell their property off-market Nicolas Real Estate because it is easy and convenient. They also don’t have to list their address on the internet. A property that is not on the market can’t technically be promoted via social media.
